Returns Or Refund Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been passed to the couriers for shipping and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date.
- A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- The customer is responsible for a package held by the custom in his country, we will not refund any amount without receiving the package
- If a package is returned from the specific country with a custom and any other related reasons, the shipping amount will be deductable from the purchased amount and we will refund the remaining amount
- We might require your National ID copy to be attached with your shipment.
- We do not refund shipping costs. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- There are refunds on items damaged in shipping.
- All packages returned are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
